Terms of Service

By accessing or using EventTarot (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EventTarot.

EventTarot provides a directory that connects professional tarot readers with event hosts. We act as a marketplace only — we are not party to any agreement between a reader and a client, and we do not provide tarot reading services ourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. EventTarot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Readers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including pricing, availability, and credentials. EventTarot does not verify every claim on a reader's profile but may remove listings that are found to be misleading or inaccurate. Readers granted a “verified” badge have completed our verification process.

Sending an enquiry through EventTarot does not constitute a booking. All bookings are arranged directly between the event host and the reader. EventTarot is not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or the quality of services rendered. Tarot and related readings listed on EventTarot are offered for entertainment purposes.

Reader subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not offered for partial subscription periods. Founder-rate pricing, where applicable, is locked to the first billing cycle and may not be transferred.

Reviews submitted to EventTarot must be genuine first-hand accounts. Fraudulent, defamatory, or incentivised reviews are prohibited. EventTarot reserves the right to remove any review at its discretion. Verified reviews have been confirmed via email; unverified reviews are not published.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
• Harassing or abusing other users or EventTarot staff.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the platform.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content on EventTarot, excluding user-submitted content, is owned by EventTarot or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventTarot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
